UK Returns

We offer a free UK 30-day returns policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. 

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return under our 30-day return policy, items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. This does not affect your statutory right to inspect goods when exercising your legal cancellation rights. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
• Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods after notifying us of your cancellation.

Returns should not be sent without prior authorisation. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the relevant UK shipping label free of charge.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy under applicable consumer protection laws.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept, under our 30-day return policy, returns for:

• Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised items.
  
• Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return under our voluntary 30-day returns policy, but may still be returned where you have a legal right to cancel under applicable consumer protection laws.
• Gift cards.
• Perishable goods.
• Personal care products.
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, it will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been returned, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

International Returns

We offer a 30-day returns policy for international orders. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, international customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges incurred when returning goods are the responsibility of the customer.

European Union Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition, complete with packaging and proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory right to inspect goods when exercising your legal cancellation rights. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised items are exempt from the standard cancellation right unless faulty.
